I want my new laptop to know 6GHz WiFi, what type should I buy? Or is there a list of chipsets that support 6GHz?

Wi-Fi 6E is the industry name that identifies Wi-Fi devices that operate in 6 GHz band.
    Choose a laptop with a WiFi chipset Qualcomm WCN6850, Broadcom BCM4389, MediaTek MT7921K (RZ608ES), Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX210 or Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E AX1675.

    Dear Jeff!

I apologize for the quality of my English.
6GHz is supported by the Qualcomm FastConnect 6900 series, which means, for example, the WCN6850 chipset. Generally, this support is referred to as WiFi 6E (= 6 GHz band). You can find more information directly on the Qualcomm website.

For WiFi 6E to work, you also need a compatible router.
For example, the following should appear on the market soon:
    - Asus ROG Rapture GT-AXE11000
    - Netgear Nighthawk RAXE500
    - TP Link Archer AX206 or Archer AX96
... and over time others .

    Jerry
